International Shipping:

Medals being shipped using International Tracked will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of order being placed. Orders once dispatched will receive an email with your tracking information, please use Royal Mail's website and tracking service to keep track of your order. Orders that have still not arrived after 28 days from dispatch date will be able to apply for refund or replacement, please contact us via our websites contact form. International orders may incur customs, duties and/or taxes. We are not responsible for any/all additional costs that are applied to your package once it has arrived to your country as we will not be able to reimburse those costs
